Pressure, temperature, pH, flow rate and gradient profile all contribute to loss of lifetime of a column and depending on how many of these you are pushing at any one time you will vary how long the column lasts. If you are running at high pH as well as elevating the temperature the rate at which the silica is hydrolyzed will be accelerated. We typically do not run at 90C however with no other contributing factors in play the customers can expect moderate lifetime of these columns at these temperatures.
Can we run Biozen Intact at 90C
