How can I load a flash column?

There are three major ways to load sample onto a flash column:

1. Sample solution: make a sample solution and directly inject the sample onto the column.
2. Internal dry loading: Adsorb the sample onto media and then remove liquid. Place the solid at the head of the column.
3. Direct Pour: If the sample is oil or liquid, you can pour your sample directly into the column.
