Can I use acetone or DCM on silica based column like Luna or Kinetex?

There will be no problem to use acetone, DCM or other solvents on Luna or Kinetex column. However, you need to make sure these solvents are miscible with other solvents used in the mobile phase. Also, some organic solvent might have a high viscosity. You need to make sure the column is not over-pressured because of the high viscosity.
