Can I reuse my SPE (Strata or Strata-X) tubes?

It is not recommended to reuse SPE tubes, these tubes are intended for single use only. Using the tubes multiple times may affect the recovery of the analytes of interest for any subsequent uses of the SPE tube. With each additional use there is the also the potential for carryover and contamination from previously retained components that were not eluted initially but due to the increased number of washes and elution solvent, are now able to elute with the analytes of interest.
