How do you extract coenzyme A?

You can use Strata X-AW for the extraction of coenzyme A. 

To a Strata X-AW cartridge,

Condition/Equilibrate with 4 bed volumes of methanol and then deionized water

Load pretreated sample slowly

Wash with 4 bed vol of deionized water, then 4 bed vol of methanol

Dry cartridge on full vacuum for 10 min

Elute with 2x 4 bed vol of 5% NH4OH in methanol
