What modes can Strata NH2 be used for?

Strata NH₂ is a versatile SPE sorbent because it can be used under reversed phase, normal phase, HILIC and weak anion-exchange conditions.  In normal phase applications, Strata NH₂ provides primarily polar interactions and is a strong hydrogen bonding sorbent. A common use for this sorbent in normal phase condition is the fractionation of lipid classes, in which polar lipids, neutral lipids, free fatty acids and non-polar lipids are separated in fractions.  Under ion-exchange conditions, Strata NH₂ is used as an anion exchange for the extraction of strong anions.
