From an aqueous sample matrix, you can use Strata™-X following the method outlined below:
(Please make sure the sample is loaded in a mostly aqueous mixture)
Condition/Equilibrate with dichloromethane, methanol and then deionized water
Load sample slowly
Wash with 40% methanol in deionized water
Dry cartridge on full vacuum for 10 minutes
Elute with dichloromethane
From organic sample matrix, you can use Strata® Silica following the method outlined below:
(Please make sure that the sample is loaded in hexane)
Condition/Equilibrate with dichloromethane and then hexane
Load sample slowly
Wash with 20% dichloromethane in hexane
Dry cartridge on full vacuum for 10 minutes
Elute with dichloromethane
