Phree is designed to remove phospholipids and not for phospholipids analysis. While we cannot guarantee quantitative elution of phospholipids off Phree, you can try applying a 100% high organic elution, i.e. dichloromethane. This may also dissolve precipitated proteins. If this is a problem, you can consider doing a protein precipitation first.
Can Phree be used for phospholipids analysis?
