My sugar samples contain metal ions, will this cause a problem when using Rezex?

Problems can arise if samples contain metal ions different to the ionic form of the Rezex column being used. Over time metal ions present in samples will replace the metal ions associated with the phase, this can cause issues with peak shape and selectivity.
