What are some ways to make my SPE method more efficient?

SPE methods can be made more time efficient by optimizing bed mass, wash steps and elution steps.  

Using too large of a bed mass requires more solvent and more time.  

An optimized wash can effectively remove unwanted interference to prevent them from co-eluting with analytes.  

You can select a more volatile elution solvent so that the dry down time is reduced.
